DarkManX4lf I don't use the optimizer on my x64 os, i just install the X2 driver. When i tried the optimizer, i would get lockup's right at the end of transfering large data files to another drive on the computer and also over a home network.

The stepping and cpu id string are different, so it could be a bios problem. also the 850 has speedstep technology, and the 500 does not. Make sure you have the latest bios, it can help if there is updated cpu code included with it.
