I'm dealing with a very similar problem with my LP NFII. It has never posted, and after a few attempts at clearing the CMOS, all four LEDs now come on when I hit the power and stay on with no POST. I'm really hoping I can avoid the cost and aggrivation of sending the whole GIANT pack of stuff...
