    Colrenea - I think we are talking about that ones that are badged as CDR-5W48. If you follow the link at the post above it will mention that this drive particularly might be 48x24x48. The LTRS-48125W is spec'd out as 48x12x48.

    Speedmonkey - yeah, I tried the 6.06 firmware, it seemed to flash....but it's still a sony. I also tried the 6.16....DON'T try it...it stops halfway and gives you an error. 7.52 firmware won't even recognize the card. I'm hoping someone here could shed some light on this....Help?

    Argus Digital Camera 29.98

    I had one of these...I returned it...If you didn't like the JamCam, you probably wouldn't like this one either. The pictures qualities are not that great....but they're OK cameras to give to young kids to play with. Good luck.

    Here's what I currently have on this BH6: Voodoo3-2000 AGP 3Com 590 network card Then I plugged in the 13GB Western Digital Caviar drive. The BIOS is set to auto identify the harddrive...still nothing. It basically says "NONE" for the hard drive and then it asks for a bootable...

    KR, The drive is not seen by the motherboard bios at all. If use the WD BIOS program, it does see the hard drive....the bh6 doesn't see it. Did you have to do anything else to the WD drive for the abit board to see it? And does it come up identifed in the motherboard bios? thanks.

    I have to agree with stingygrrl, the new 8432 from creativelabs are 8435 - made by samsung, not plextor.. I also ordered one from staples during that other post and got it for $120 (shipped)- but it is a samsung. On the bright side - its a 8435 by samsung, which has 4 meg cache On the dark...
