screw the adapter and getting a made for PC gamepad that's kinda like the PS2 controller, like the Thrustmaster Dual Analog series (work good for me).

since this is a home theater oriented computer, i'm gonna have to say get the M-Audio Revolution. Arguably the best HT sound card out rite now.

and this is where someone comes in and tells you that Audigy's are crap and you should get an M-Audio Revolution. :D

Hey, I haven't been really looking into RAM since I built my computer back in the day of SD-RAM, and am now confused with all the choices of DDR. I'm reading about all this DDR333 or DDR2700 and what not, and have no idea what is going on. Quite frankly, I'm planning on getting an Asus P4PE...

I'd have to say the M-Audio Revolution looks very promising, especially if you are into movies and music (games aren't bad either, though, but aren't on par with an Audigy2). Planning to get one myself, and i'm too lazy to check, but I think it has optical out, although I have no idea what it is...

I believe samsung LCDs (15") need 8 or more dead pixels before they do anything. my 151P came and works flawlessly.
