If I were you I would wait till 64 bit computing is widely available like 32 is now.
If you can't and you want to experience Vista... then by all means get the 32 bit version and whatever version that fits your budget.
I myself am in the midst of building a 32 bit version using the AMD FX62...

For the past 6 months or so quake3 has crashed several times. I have uninstalled both my vidcard and soundcard drivers. Ran DriverCleaner as directed and it still crashes.
Only the last time it said(bsod) memory dump.
Is it possible that i have memory issues???
