Got a NEC3500AG on my current computer ;) So ill be tranfsering that one to the new one. Thats the only thing i can transfer, the rest is non upgradeable (1.3ghz + rambus).

I want a nForce4 mobo, and the vendor i might buy from dont have any non-SLI AMD nForce4 boards. Might go for an 6600GT x 2 instead of the ATI 850XT if it wont be to expensive.
