Called, no wait time. Went from 768/128 to 1.5M/128. Don't know why I didn't qualify for the faster upload speed, but was happy with a faster download speed. Also got the decrease to $29.95/mo. That alone was worth the call! Thanks for the heads up!

Didn't qualify for 1500, even though DSLReports says I'm under 10,000 ft from CO. I did switch from my old 640/90 to 768/128 and dropped the price by $5. I've been testing it (using www.ba-hss.com) and the download speed is still running around the low 500's. Anyone know what Verizon does...
