I must be going blind but I can't find where to customize the key bind for accepting/rejecting a revive. In game popup says "Space Bar" to ACCEPT and "Right Mouse Button" to reject but when ever I hit my space bar to accept a revive I just stay dead. Any help? Thanks

I'm having the same problem, especially the map with the junk tanks in the woods. Anyone know what the key bind is called for picking up the special guns/weapons laying around. When I get close to them it signals me to press my middle mouse button (scroll wheel) but when I do nothing happens...
