I go to update windows and it won't even try to scan my HDD for updates, it goes from 0-100% in less than a second and says there are none available. I switched the cd key several times and It still doesnt help. Whats wrong?

So when i go into the bios and it says FSB Frequency 166mhz, thats correct because its really 333mhz?

I just put together my new PC, athlon 2600 XP 333mhz fsb, 512mb ddr pc2700 333mhz, epox nforce 2 mobo with 333fsb. When i start the PC the bios only will let me turn the memory frequency is at 166mhz (DDR333). Now, is that right? Cuz i thought the ram was 333mhz....or is that what it means...
