    Gigabyte made a huge mistake with the board in question and an even bigger mistake in hoping everything would go away! The days of corporate indifference are over and companies will be held accountable for this kind of nonsense!

    For what it's worth we got our solicitor to contact Gigabyte and finally took them to court. They settled long before the first court date by giving us a full refund. Don't be frightened of fighting for your rights ;)
