can anybody post a screen shot of when it said "up to $200 in rebates" on the dell website. I got the rebates and the hard drives on its way, but I forgot to take a screen shot and I want to have all the ammo I can in case they hassle me. I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

150 kinda sucks. I would go for 250 with 450 peak. Or if you want something powerful, you can usually find a 450 for about $25-30.

anybody know how these compare to the Labtac 424's? What better: 20W (8") pressure driver (driven by 4" subwoofer) or 5" Multi-range spruce cone driver (subwoofer) ?

I tried to do the same thing, but the csr said i needed to actually tell her a code to type in. I didnt know what to tell her though, since all the coupons were just referral links. Did you have a code that you actually used? help would be appreciated.

I almost bought one a couple days ago. You guys should be aware though... i dont think you can copy DVD movies outright (like CD's)... you have to do some special stuff, and basically you just end up with the main part of the movie, and none of the special features etc... oh, and the movie HAS...

there should never be a break from the hunt for hot deals.... and even on Christmas there are some, for Example, i just got alllll kinds of free crap, with NO MIR's involved, and alllll i had to do to score these deals was be nice instead of naughty for the past year! :confused:

thanks for the tip, have you actually tried that yourself at all though? The reason I ask is because I gave that idea some thought, and I was wondering if I would be able to change my region settings Back after the install and still keep the additional functionality?

I'm trying to use clonecd to back up a SafeDisc2 disc..and you are supposed to be able to customize the programs settings for different copy protection schemes. When I try and edit the profiles, there are no settings to manipulate. On the CloneCD website, it mentions something about only 4/5...

well that's cool...i kinda feel better actually knowing that someone else got it to work..because i'm thinking about giving it another shot with a new cpu. As far as doing things different this time, I'm going to take the mother board out of the case so I can see what's going on clearly...
