I have the same mobo - a8n-sli and g.skill ram (non tccd). I can't get beyond 220 FSB without the memory divider kicking in. Even 221, sends me back to DDR333. Try to set your FSB to 220, HTT to auto and cpu multiplier to max (for 3200+, it is 10). That way you shall have atleast DDR440 speeds...
