Well, apparently I'm the only moron out there with problems... thanks for the feedback and welcome. I've lurked in various forums for a while now, but I finally decided to register and actually participate.

So, I've had Vista Ultimate for a little while now, thanks to my MSDN subscription. :-) And I haven't been able to get my DVD burner to cooperate with me. It will burn CDs, but it won't recognize a burnable DVD. I've tried with multiple discs in case it was just a bad disc I was trying. I...
