Yes, the CPU is sandwiched between the mobo & the power supply, but there are enough ventilation holes in the back to circulate air. Spacewise, it's not that bad - much better than my old InWin A500 which had a thick support bracket that ran across almost the entire top half of the chassis...
Vpham, I have that MidTower/250W and the PS is mounted sideways (vertically), if that's what you mean. The build quality is also pretty cheap inside - almost tin can-like.

I also got one of the POS LD PC125 128mb from AccessMicro two weeks ago. Paid $102 total at the time (OUCH!!!). Wouldn't run at 133Hmz on my Asus P3V4X until I switched it to the 3rd DIMM slot.
I'm guessing this is a similar POS brand. For $72 shipped, it's still not bad... risks and all...
