Hiya, I have tested my GFX at a friend, and it works! We tested my RAM in his PC and it worked. Tested his Kingstone Hyper X DDR2 800mhz in mine and there was still black screen. So to my conclusion, either the CPU or the Motherboard. Looking at my LCD Display it says "CPU Init"...

It made no different starting with only one memory, tested on all slots the problem still remains :(

Can't tell if it POST or not, can't see anyting. Actually, I haven't found the chassi speaker cord so I'dont know how many beeps. Unfortantly the only spare GFX I have is a AGP, and I don't have any AGP socket on the new motherboard. Memory issue, maybe thats why all the Memory LEDs...
