It is a normal and stock behavior for a 2696 V4 No overclock for all cores "only" x 28 for all cores From my finding it is not possible to use V3 method to boost performance in our cpu... and maybe it will not possible as soon as you and all V4 users want..Sorry!

If 2696V3 was know when 5960x was launched..How many people would have pay for a 5960X? and today our 2696 V4 unlocked should be a pain for 7980Xe extreme... so I think it is not so simple to find a way to unlock it :-)

I have no chance to start without microcode because deleting it with UBU produce a non booting firmware for my Asus rampage V extreme 10 edition I wonder why mtgben user with dual asus MB have this chance...
