I have the Cendyne model but I'm having trouble getting the case open. I've taken off the screws on the bottom and the two at the back. I tried pushing in the two tabs on each side but can't get the front off. Am I going at this the wrong way? Thanks for any help.

Does anyone have a ghost image of the drive that they could send me? I'm having trouble installing a 32mb Sandisk CF. Just keep getting the Media Error message and cannot reload the fw. Thanks.
