I own a 2407WFP, but never have used the component input. I can't comment on the component inputs, but I do know the digital and VGA input does pixel to pixel, keep AR, and stretch correctly.

If I remember correctly, the 939 is about 10-15% faster clock for clock with dual channel memory and double the cache. I have no idea how sensitive the folding client is to cache size and memory bandwidth. The 2800 and 3100 Semprons seem to top out at 2.4-2.8 depending on the motherboard and...
