The computer will be shipped to a tropical area with probably no air conditioning (may or may not). I just want to make sure it can run stable at high temp. but most likely the ambient temp. will never go pass 40C-45C...

Thanks for the reply everyone! The card seems to be clean in my standard. The case has dust filter all over so it blocks out dust pretty good. I guess it's the thermal grease or the heatsink as suggested.

If what you mean is to change drive letters from H and I to C and D respectively, I think you can try that under 'Disk management' inside 'Computer management'. And make sure you unplug other drives before you boot into the Win 7 RTM.
