uh, how are those benches in any way relevant? they are comparing the 7900 product line with an 1800XL and the OP asked about the 1800XT, right? BTW, I'd say go for whatever is cheaper between the two for now. Also, ATI is having a $50off ATI promo (at NewEgg) right now so why not spring...
