I have been looking into adding a NAS to share files, either the Thecus N2100 or Synology DS101G+. It would be nice if I could host a small website from home, and am not sure what a web disk server is?
I am pretty sure that both rebates apply. I didn't see "online purchases only" anywhere
"This rebate is eligible for Best Buy online rebate submission"
Simply means that you can submit for the rebate online.
Dude, Take a copy of the ad to WALMART, and get it for 16.99, they will price match anything. Screw Circuit City and Best Buy, they really don?t want to gain customers by selling something at another competitor?s lower price. I am surprised that big retail stores like that can still stay in...
I had the same problems with my Lexar drives. My USB 2.0 Pro was in my coat pocket during a rain storm and collected condensation, then wouldn?t work, and my wife?s 128Mb jump drive would just not be recognized by any computer. I believed I called Lexar and got an RMA. Didn't take very long...
I know I am probably opening a can of worms but, is there any reason to pay more for the Plextor 716A. Best Buy has the 716A on sale for 116.99 - 30 MIR = 86.99 and Newegg has the 716SA on sale today for 136.99.
I am looking to replace my 1100A with a +/- DL drive. Does this drive write to DL-R ? or can it be upgradeable to ? like the new Pionner A09. It is supposed to write both DL+R and DL-R.

All the cards are 6600 GT's You can identify them by eVga's part number, and the cards are physically marked 6600GT. They were put in boxes which have been labeled by the manufacturer to save money. This is a common practice, when a newer model is released.
I don't want people to think...
I was really trying to be rational until, I saw this. It is back in stock for $165.75 Only this time they list it as an open box.
eVGA e-GeForce 6600 GT
eVGA e-GeForce 6600 GT Open-box
Thanks Lanyap, My box is exactly like you described yours, stickers etc.. I could care less about the box. That is obviously done by the manufacturer. What I want to know is why ZipZoomFly is selling other than new cards as new items. Nowhere in the description of the item I purchased was it...

No, the card is a 6600 GT. However is is used, probably one of many returns. It has some mild marks on it where it mounts to the motherboard, other than that it appears in good shape.
I could live with it if they had advertised it as "open box" merchandise. But what really gets me upset...
