4 work days a week: Can of Walmart brand mini ravioli, 2 scrambled eggs, bread, cheddar cheese, 2 cups skim milk, 25grams whey protein, vitamins.
Goal = High calories/protein, and cheap/fast/easy to prepare and eat before rushing off to work.
I don't know how many table spoons.
I usually use 3 scoops of Inpro34. Each scoop is 70cc which = 30 grams of powder.
210cc's of powder approximately equals 30 grams protein, 350 calories, 50 grams sugar, and 3 grams of fat...
I almost always go with the cheapest.
If WPC34 is similar to my unflavored Inpro 34 it's not going to taste very good. I mix it with juice or energy drinks - lol.
My cheapest is $122 for 50 lbs + $5 shipping inside the US. But that's Inpro 34 - only 34% whey, the rest is milk sugar (link posted above). Works great for my size/strength building goals.
EAS brand of 100% Whey runs $30 for 6 lbs at Sams club (note: it's not really 100% whey). It also...
WOW. That's expensive protein IMO.
I'm old, but training 6 days a week would be WAY over training for me.
That's were I would look first to solve your stalled progress problem.
Just don't waste money on information! It's all available on the internet for free...
What's a bag of 50lbs of WPC80 cost? I went to the Davis website, but they don't have the price posted.
If your progress is stalled it could be because of other factors. A lot of bodybuilding routines call for far more volume training and frequency then the average person can recover...
Yes simple carbs (milk sugars) can be helpful before, and particularly after training. I currently depend on it.
For BB contests though you need to carb deplete which is IMO the only time to buy the very expensive pure whey.
There's a huge deference between the nutritional requirements for...
Find the cheapest whey you can. For building up muscle you won't notice a difference in your results.
If you decide to compete in a bodybuilding show then you'll want to use a formula that's close to 100% whey to keep your simple carbs low for the last couple of months.
For building up...
New Egg doesn't include receipts for any of their products.
I included shipping invoice and bar code. MSI knew there was no chance the drive wasn't purchased legitimately. Bad companies will go the extra mile to screw you out of a buck.
Why New Egg stopped including receipts with their...
This is completely off the OP's topic - but:
I've only had one rebate refused - By MSI. I didn't include a receipt New Egg didn't provide. Now I boycott all MSI products, and am weary of New Egg rebates.
I once turned in a $100 HP rebate 1 week late - and they still honored it. Props to...
Personally I've just been mixing a can of Monster with 50 grams whey, and a scoop of Jack3D, and drinking it so I've finished 20 minutes before training.
I do seem to run out of gas in the Gym - but I attribute that to my maximum overload training style...
