When i power on my pc, my video card turns on @ full speed and then slows down. When it goes on full load @ boot my cpu fan and case fans light on but do not start spinning till the x1900xt slows down (about 1-2 secs long). Any idea what is causing that? my system specs are e6600 x1900xt...

I just cancelled my $373 OEM E6600 from Tiger and ordered the retail for $339 from buy.com (those prices include the S&H) I'll wait an extra week or 2 for $40, 9 more months of warranty, and a fan. actually 2 more years ...

Buy.com also has it for 339.00

I'm not sure what I want to spend ..I guess no more than $400 for both. Again I don't plan on overclocking anything...
