I believe the defendant can counter-sue, but I don't know if it's too late. They could always file it later. I sure hope they get something out of this Pearson guy.
Yeah, a real ad believe it or not. If you go to Yahoo! news and click around, it'll show up. There was some other fiasco where Netflix ads showed up on Blockbuster.com. LOL.
No doubt this is accidental, as I've been seeing this Netflix ad with zombies nowadays. With all respect to the deceased lady and her family, I couldn't resist taking this screenshot:
Yahoo article with Netflix ad screenshot
What the hell kind of ad is that anyway?
Thanks Fobio, I've been planning to go dump my PC at the Shady Grove waste center in Maryland, but I see here there are some organizations that could actually use the stuff. I kept all my old PC's, 486/66 DX2 with VESA Local Bus, lol; a few Pentium I's.
Good point Flatpicker. The Kogi monitor has a 3-year warranty. If you get a chance to compare the two side-by-side, the Kogi might be better for peace of mind.
$300 AR is still a great price for this monitor! It has better specs than the Kogi that was advertised in this week's circular. I almost bought a Dell E171FP (only 350:1 contrast ratio, but 25 ms resp time) yesterday on their 10% off SP sale, and I got a $50 off $400 Dell coupon for that --...

davesaudio - If I were you, I'd forget about ever seeing the EIZO. I got to the first step, just a confirmation e-mail, and nothing more. I looked on their site a few days later and the EIZO wasn't even listed for sale anymore -- not even a 'out of stock' item. My credit card was not charged...
What a PITA. I ordered one, and got a confirmation e-mail within minutes. I selected Next Business Day s/h (free). Said would receive order number and tracking info within two business days -- got nothing. It's now four calendar days after my order and Dell Support says they cannot locate...
Would anyone be so kind to enlighten the rest of us how to get to the "$10 off $10" Staples printable coupon? I just checked all my usual coupon sites and all I find are the usual "$30 off $150", etc. ones. Thanks!
LOL - I just got off the phone with a lady in sales; she was quite agitated. The first thing she said when I gave her the part number: "OK, this is NOT a Toshiba modem, and it does NOT sell for $7."
She said they don't even stock the modem, but rather their integrator had uploaded the wrong...
