Dell support is terrible if that's an important factor in making your decision. Stick to Asus, or Samsung and go IPS for better color quality and viewing angle.

I install the physical card first, then the drivers for this card either through the included disc or by downloading them off the manufactures website if you dont have a disc. Then once the card and drivers are installed I uninstall the old card's drivers.
