ah, turns out Jackeroo75 was referring to the xeon mounting plate (that comes included) being removable...

according to the manual, 18.6 pounds or 8.44 kilograms...

with respect to Jackeroo75, he is mistaken...the motherboard tray is not removable (unless you're going to rip/cut it out!)...please note that in that same thread the .pdf of the manual is posted & there is no mention of such a thing being possible...& there are no front screws on the tray...

i took my receipt back to bb today & got the new $47.99 price:)... there were 6 left in the greenwood, indiana store when i left (you have to look up high to see them)... what a deal!...maybe use the money saved to get a side window & maybe put in a blow hole...

Best Buy in Greenwood, Indiana had 6 or 7 left at the $71.99 price after I bought 1 a couple hours ago... 1 was in a box that was dented & falling apart, but if you look at the display tag, turn around, then look up, there's a group of them... I'm about to open her up:)...

should be noted that while the base price is now higher, the shippin' is now free...so overall it is cheaper than it was the other day ($199.95 total)...

the AL2051W has a much better panel with much better viewin' angles... also, if anything, the stand is too stiff...not sure where you heard that it was shaky...it really isn't...i own one & am tryin' to get a 2nd...

the Acer AL2051W is back to $239.99 + shipping:)...hard to resist...

so is there another decent 20.1" widescreen available besides the AL2051W?... i was waitin' for newegg to offer free shipping on it...waited too long, & now they've jacked the price up $50!... i just want somethin' w/a 8-bit p-mva or s-ips panel to tide me over 'til i see somethin' worth...
