I do not think is posible. When you boot in safe mode only the minimal drivers are loaded. Even the display card will only show a few colors.

I think this is a (known) problem with the SCSI card. One of my systems use an Adaptec 2940 (instead of your 2930) and it does the same thing. It can ONLY find the SCSI CD-ROM's and CDRW's when starting, not if I reboot.

Yes. In some models of Swiftech you can vary the speed of the fan to lower the noise if so desired. You can not do this to a GlobalWin unless you install a resistor on the wiring.
