    Can't get into BIOS

I was hoping to avoid reseting the BIOS and my settings, but that's ultimately what I had to do. It came right back up with the KB working again. And no, I did not touch the legacy USB support stuff at all before or after. The last change, and only change I made was upping the RAM voltage by...

    Can't get into BIOS

I have an MSI P6N platinum 650i MB and a Logitech G15 KB. I could get into the BIOS just fine before by mashing the del key when I boot it up. I was doing it just earlier today. Now when I mash the delete key, nothing happens. I also can't choose the boot options with the arrow keys, or press...

If you have a GTS 640 right now I would wait to update unless you have a trade-up offer expiring soon.

B3 stepping vs GO - how are current overclocks going

Just because it's sealed doesn't necessarily mean it's brand new from the factory. I bought a 8800GTS from circuit city, who says they don't sell open box items. When I opened it, there was an ATI card in there! How's that for sealed, brand new merchandise?

    Power supply was going bad.

I bet your bad PSU killed your mobo. If you ever suspect a PSU is failing, I would not test it on a valuable machine.

New HDDs won't boot into Vista with 4GB ram, will boot with 2GB

I fail. On a whim I decided to run out and grab a known SATA 3.0 Gb/s cable and see if that was the problem. It was. I set it to 4-4-4-12 and it booted right up to windows. I can't believe my MB didn't come with SATA II cables! Moreover, I'm surprised at the odd behavior using SATA I...

    EVGA Step up Program

They are tearin it up! In 12 hours I dropped down to #203 from #311. Nighthawk, you must be below 100 now. Looks like we won't be getting any price breaks. I'm almost tempted to just try and sell my card locally and find a deal on a GT when they get to about $200
