I put a new motherboard in....same thing, so I guess rules out the motherboard, although I will be keeping the new motherboard. I am going to try to get my hands on some other RAM and go from there...

perhaps, but...It was never technically overclocked.
and to further this I bought a new Power Supply, and it is still doing the same thing....the next thing I will try I guess is a new motherboard...

I was given the Netgear ADSL+ DG834G Router as a gift, and I havn't used it yet, as I move from my wired router to wireless. My question is if I have a cable modem (Charter) can I use this router or will I run into snags/incompatability.

Same results here, changing the PCIe frequency yeilds no results whatsoever...I will remain (semi-happy) at my overclocked 2.7 GHz state until there is possibly something else to try. I am not getting anywhere and I have tried everything.
Well, Following that guide I have ran into many problems as well...For some reason everytime try to get to 3.0 Ghz with my E6600 I can't post and it will restart the computer and reset it the previous BIOS setting.
