    IBM 75GXP RMA Info needed

    Thanks for the link.....but I already got that far. My drive is not doing any bad "yet". I just wanted to get it replaced because of what people on this board and other boards describe as a IBM known issue with the 45GB model. Any other ideas?

    Yeah, it has this lever, but what I am asking is how to change it so the paper/sheet with CDR discs on it does not go in at an angle. it would get stuck as it is right now
