What shall i be concerned voltage over 1.5v or temp over 60c If the cpu temps never go over 63 and the mobo temp never 50 my pc will last like without OC?

if woth orthos the core's temp are 68, is this ok or it;s to hot? What do you recomend shall i flash another bios? my memory's are rated to 2.0v is the mono applying wrong v (+0.2= 2.24)??++ For now just 3 questions :D
