I have 19" Sylvania f16 monitor The top half of the screen is darker then the bottom half.an the image is a little stretched(the top half). Whats wrong with my monitor?:Q Is there an way to fix this??

no my ide's fine(I tested another drive in the mobo no problem) . I even tried it in another comp same thing. The drive jumps it does'nt spin up smooth either. You can just tell there something not right. Anyways for all that want to know it wont show up in bios either.
