Its really up to you, WinME wont use much more the 128, but it will use some. As far as upgrading for the future, most likely SDRAM doesn't have a long future so it wont help you later on.

I dont know if any of you care but I was looking around and found an incredible deal on a P3 1ghz Kit, A 1ghz P3, an Intel Vancouver MB, and 128 MB 800Mhz RDRAM. Ive never seen anything near this cheap just thought you guys might want to know. Wish I was in the market for one...
