That cant be right on a PII 458 MHz, 196M RAM. I've used Radeon Tweaker and gone thru all the options and set them to the recommended. I've got it running at 180 MHz. V-sync is disabled (but monitor refresh is 85 MHz). HyperZ was enabled by using a registry tweak. I'm using the latest...
