    Is there a difference between AMD OEM and RETAIL BOXED CPU other no fan. Are the processor exactly the same in terms of ocing.

    thx for the replies guys. Is it true that the venice cant oc as high as the winchester since it runs hotter? So is it better to get a winny than a venice?

    Im thinking about building a new computer. I read a lot about these boards but would like to know which would be best for overclocking and stablity. I would appreciate it, If someone can tell me the pros and cons on these boards. Im thinking of buy either a 3200+ or a 3500+ venice.
