Turned Out my XP was hosed.

Lastnite Cpu-z and Easytune started showing the i7 920 multiplier at 3x which shows 570Mhz. I have the machine overclocked at 20x 190 which gets 3.8 Ghz. Real temp, Sandra and System properties all show the correct values. When I run Performance test or sandra's cpu tests the results are...
