Well, I was going to go with an A64 3000+ in an Asus K8V Deluxe, but I found out it can't overclock very well. So I'm thinking maybe an Abit IC7-Max2 with a P3.0C.
Ok, thanks. What type of ram should I get? It seems most people use PC3200. I'm going to be doing some heavy overclocking so I will need something good.
Dang, that means I'm gonna have to wait another two months before I can get my computer setup up :(. Oh well, how valueable is pc133 anyway? Just a Centon 256Mb PC133 SDRAM with 3 3 3 6 timings.

Abit IC7 Max2
This system will go into my ThermalTake Xaser III V2420 Aluminum case...
Im in the process of building a new computer. It will mainly be for gaming. I have been having trouble deciding on which cpu and motherboard to get. So far I have been looking at the P4 3.0c with the Abit IC7-MAX3. But I may decide to go with amd as they are a bit cheaper. So, what is an amd...
