What are you changing to OC the processor? QPI? Base clock? For the memory timings where are you putting 72?

Looks like you have a similar setup as mine. What do you have set in your BIOS? Your memory timings, ratio, all set to auto? Overclock anything at all? Also do you have the power supply plugged into all 24 pins of the 24-pin connector and all 8 pins of the 8-pin power connectors on the mobo...
