Thanks for the quick reply. The issue I have with the Dell is the higher reported response rate of their 24 inch monitor. I play games a fair amount and I really dont want to spend $700 and get ghosting.

I am looking for a 24 inch gaming monitor like the Acer AL2416Wd and looking for: 1) Need fast response time for games of at least under 8ms 2) Widescreen because I use the monitor for spreadsheets 3) Does anyone know if the Acer has HDCP and if it matters 4) What is the best alternative...
