I'm not sure why i'm just leaning about this, but the screws on things like outlets and terminal bars are posidriv. Looks like a phillips with a square drive inside. I've used square drive mostly for electrical work, but have had issues with getting good torque on them. Pz 1 for the screws...
That's interesting. What in particular in the Bolt gets you? Seems to me the bolt seats are at least a few inches higher than the leaf. Wish more mfgs would copy Easy Entry from Tesla. Moves the seat and steering wheel in a position you feel is easier to enter and exit
Just a small correction, not all Bolts in the recall had their batteries replaced, some just had extra software installed to monitor it. But for the $4-5k extra price tag, you get a heck of a lot more EV.
It would probably work for you then. They are getting dirt cheap. I may be selling my Leaf 24kwh soon and will probably be in the $2500 range. I'm also tempted to strip the drive train and put it in my ranger, but hate to junkyard an operating car.
