Well, hopefully this will work. I will drain the oil out and let it to dry out for a couple of hours. Pour the oil in the right place once I find that place, pour the gas in the gas tank and start it. If it doesn't work, nothing can be done right?

Thank you. That looks like the engine I have. Where is the manual for it? Can you post a direct link to the engine manual because I don't have the model number and engine type numbers. Other than taking the engine to a shop what can you do at home regarding putting oil in the air filter?

Why? And if you did, what can you do? I know the thread is old, but the issue is the same.
