I guess I was sort of vague describing what I need. It has to be connecting a molex fan to a 3 pin connection, so 4 pin male -> 3 pin female (the opposite of the last 2 links, but matching the first one) I'd just like to find a cheaper option, cuz if they're 5 bucks per cable, I might as well...

Yup, I think that looks like what i need. Is that what I should expect to pay everywhere? It seems kind of expensive for such a small thing, or is it because it's such a specialty item?

Do they even make these? I got a Digital Doc recently and need to be able to connect my current case fans to it but they only have molex connectors. Will I manually have to adapt them somehow or can I just grab em cheap off a webstore or something? Any help is appreciated, especially links.

I have several INI tweaks enabled and the safedisk crack installed. I'm not complaining...my speeds seem pretty on par with what I've seen from most other people. OK, well I AM complaining, but not about my system, but just the game's performance in general.

I've tried it at every resolution under 1600 and it hasn't really run much differently. Pretty weird that I'd get similar performance at all resolutions .

I don't know how much RAM he has, but tell him to expect 15-20 avg fps in Morrowind. That's about what I get and my specs seem pretty similar. It's playable, but that's also not with all the detail stuff turned up.

Oreo: so it ends up looking like one of those sliding jigsaw puzzles or what? I guess maybe I was descibing it really badly, but when I had it, it was kind of vertical strips across the screen and it would get really choppy at those times.

The definition I've always used is basically dropped frames. Not really jerky frames, which is just slow performance, but when the computer is leaving out frames, which I always thought was due to video card glitches and incompatibilities

i don't eitehr sometimes...I had been told that with the GF3 Tis, or maybe all GF3s, the refresh dropped to 60 in games and you had to use Refreshlock or something to fix it.\ Anyway, I think my problem here was a combination of VSync and very low framerates. I don't really have tearing...

Specs listed below. I'm pulling about 15 fps with a few tweaks applied. It's kind of playable now but not extremely enjoyable. I haven't seen much of a performance change based on resolution but for the record I'm running at 1028x768. I'm kind of wishing I'd waited for the Xbox version...

Anyone have any links or suggestions on getting my Morrowind frames up? My specs are above their recommended but the game still runs like crap. I thought it was tearing, but now I'm thinking it's really just extremely low fps. First off, how do I test that, and secondly, anyone have any tweaks...

OK, i installed refreshlock and locked the monitor to 75hz. I enabled VSync always. I am still getting these issues. It's really starting to remind me of when MoHAA came out and people were having problems. Anyone else have any advice.?
