Wasn't it Nvidia that said they were gonna decrease the cost of GPUs to the masses, when they were talking about the 8800GT/8800GTS (The 512mb versions) and the 9800's? What the hell happened?

Well if AMD/ATI are pushing back the date to coincide with another product instead of pushing forward the date, does that mean that AMD/ATI know something we don't, like possibly they know they probably won't beat NV at the performance area, but definitly will beat them in the performance/price...

And if i remember correctly, i had a X850 back then and when the fix came out, it supposedly ran better too!

You need to have an Xbox360 Elite to output true 1080p with the HDMI lead getting stuck into an HDMI plug on your monitor, all it is doing is upscaling a 720p image to 1080i not 1080p even tho your monitor or even the 360 might say it is doing.

So the GPU will offload its spare cycles to calculate Physics.... so what happens when the GPU might not have any or very little spare cycles... no physics???

Nope, in the manual and on the motherboard, the one at the top is the primary PCI-E Slot, then the bottom one then the middle one. I Think it could be a compatibility issue, or something maybe to do with SLI, or something, its not really much of a problem, i just hope this doen't happen when...

Ok just found a solution to all this.... for some reason, my 8800GTS doesn't work in the PCI-E 16x number 1 slot.... nor the number 2 slot.... but in fact only works in the number 3 slot.... WHY!?!?!?!
