Yeah I second Quicksilver, it must be a forced x1 bandwith on the BIOS, download GPU-Z (althou CPU-Z shows it too, on the motherboard tab) and check if youre running at x16. If you arent, just search for a Force PEG Link option in your BIOS and disable it. I wouldnt overclock without proper...
