after i installed windows xp . . .i think it worked for a little while, then it jsut came up with this ".the DLL attempted to create the .sys driver as a service and failed.' my system is an 800 mhz celeron. with windows xp.

so no one knows anything . . . nice . . .

I double checked everything. Since I simply transferred from one case to another, no jumpers should be affected. Also, the humming sound isn't the fan because I can look inside the back of the powersupply and see it's not turning. Anyone know why the powersupply doesn't turn on if it's...
