Agreed, nothing in the article mentions the Muslim is a foreigner, and the position of the fan seems poor. I would have complained also if I gagged at those smells.

That did look like an unintentional ankle-tap actually. As the Chilean's knee went past the Spanish ankle, he stumbled slightly, while the Spanish guy obviously got his legs crossed over and thus fell.
Even a week is a long time in politics.
