Whoops I meant ICH9R chip (onboard) and I just read that ICH8R can only do 4 disks in single array and ICH9R can do up to 6, so yeah I won with the most useless post!!! Oh yeah!!
Doesn't the intel architecture (for desktop motherboards) only allow you to use up to 4 disks in any RAID configuration? Unless of course this has changed with the all new X38 chip.
