I've seen some Haupagues that support up to 1280x1024 and some that are internal or external or that have pvr/dvr and this and that.... All i want to do is watch an external video source(coax-in from my Dish receiver or svideo and composite-in from a game console) out to my 2005FPW...

agreed- your settings changes will be more agressive through say, nvidia display color/brightness/contrast/gamma correction vs the OSD. Not sure but someone was asking about the 2405FPW and dvd quality- I cant answer that but I can tell you that the 2005FPW looks great with DVDs and Gaming...

Absolutely nothing wrong with comparing the best to the worst of them- if youre comparing -->LCDs <--...... LCDs and CRTs arent the same technology .. .. so yeah you missed the point... My point was that although not the same technology LCD performance is catching up to the best performing CRT...
