I personally have no issues on my 2011 27" i7 iMac.... All the apps are opening and closing as they should... And super fast which I might add cause of the SSD.. :D

Just like other people have mentioned, you should run BootCamp and Fusion... I personally have that setup... I mainly have BootCamp for my son cause he's into playing Steam games.. And I "fused" the BootCamp drive with Fusion... So instead of creating a Windoze image (taking up 50+gigs), I can...

Start up from from an external with ML on it, or create an ML USB Drive...
