i have the same cpu & mobo.. and had the same problem, try going into BIOS and change the cpu/ram speed to 100/100 mhz.. it worked for me..... but it'll lower performance, but it fixes the freeze.. :) good luck.... :)

i would say logitech z540 if you don't want the z560 ..

I think rogers is faster than sympatico.. I'm using rogers cable now... 700/200, few friends of mine uses sympatico.. i download things off a site for 100k/sec, they only have 20-30k/sec.. but sympatico is safer since you have different ip everytime you connect to it... rogers only have 1...
